OVER 80 CHANGING YEARS

Because it still gives us great pleasure to spoil our big and small, young and young at heart guests. And we are glad that our cultivated ambience and our personal, informal manner is so appreciated by our guests.

Today, the Strandperle company is a comprehensive hotel complex that offers something suitable for every guest. And that in a short distance, right on the beach promenade. This is pure relaxation.
1935
Adolf Heinrich, the father of the current owner, acquires the Strandperle as a hotel with 18 beds.

1954-1960
Conversion to increase the bed capacity to 120 beds.

1970/1971
Conversion of the 3rd floor/south side to a flat roof.

1973
Generation change: Adolf Heinrich hands over the hotel to his son Hans-Jürgen Heinrich.

1977
It is being built again – a porch with balconies is being built on the lake side. From now on, hotel guests can enjoy the wonderful view of the Wadden Sea and the healthy, fresh North Sea air from their rooms on covered balconies.

1979/1980
The Stutzi country house on Nordstraße is completed. Ten spacious, rustically and comfortably designed apartments offer
two to six people living space for a relaxing holiday.
Own swimming pool in the basement.

1986
Insel-Café Bellevue opens after extensive renovations. Due to its location on the 1st floor of the building, the guest enjoys an indescribable view of the North Sea. Always with guests
as well as local citizens very popular.

1990
Opening of the Seeschlößchen apartment building, in the immediate vicinity of the main building, Strandperle, also directly on the beach promenade. Six elegant apartments are available to the guest. There is also a spacious indoor pool in the basement.

1995
Completion of the ground floor porch of the Strandperle on the sea side. The conservatory is born. A light-filled space for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an uninterrupted view of the seafront included.

2000
The admiral's wing is attached to the main building Strandperle. 14 suites will be created, which will satisfy even the most demanding guest with their spaciousness and exclusive furnishings. The wellness oasis is on the 3rd floor (pool, counter-current system, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, caldarium, massage room, cosmetics area). The murals are designed by the Nuremberg artist Wolfgang Harms. Here the guest is welcomed by a dream landscape with a direct view of the Wadden Sea.
