Before booking and check in

  • When is check in and check out?

    Your room is ready for you on the day of arrival by 4 p.m. at the latest.

  • Are Pets allowed ?

    Yes, look under "Information" -> Holidays with dogs. There we have detailed information for you.

  • Can we get a cot/extra bed ?? How much does it cost ?

    We are happy to provide you with a cot free of charge.

  • What is the guest contribution for?

    The guest contribution is for beach stabilization, rescue stations, cleaning of beaches, toilets and showers, events, care and maintenance of the public areas of the spa.

  • Where can I park and how much is it ?

    We make our parking garage available for €12.00 per night.

  • Are there rooms for disabled people ? Is the hotel handicapped accessible?

    We do not have rooms for the disabled. However, the suites in the Admirals wing are very spacious, so that you can move around there with a wheelchair. However, our showers have an entrance of approx. 20 cm.

  • Can bicycles be parked at your place?

    Yes, there is a bicycle parking space with a charging station at the back of the first underground car park level

  • Can you charge an e-car at your place?

    We have a parking lot with an e-charging station.

  • Is there a spa?

    All our 3 houses have a pool area. The water temperature is 28°C.

  • What time is breakfast and dinner served?

    Breakfast is served from 07:00-10:30 in buffet form.

  • Do I have to pay my booking in advance?

    If you book directly with us, you pay on the day of departure.

  • Is the hotel bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers?

    We only have hypoallergenic bedding.

  • Can you smoke in the hotel ?

    Cigarettes may be smoked in our hotel bar from 11 a.m.

  • Until when can I cancel?

    In general, free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the confirmed arrival date.

  • I did NOT book on the hotel's website/over the phone but need to cancel/amend my booking. How can I do that ?

    In this case, please contact your contractual partner (Booking, Expedia, Short Vacation).

  • What is the best way to reach the hotel?

During the stay

  • Can you order packed lunches?

    If you can't make it to breakfast at 7:00 a.m., for example because you're going to Neuwerk in the Watt wagon beforehand or because you're on a business trip, we'll be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you as part of the breakfast buffet. The order should be placed at the reception in the evening by 9 p.m.

  • Where can I find and book the spa treatments?

    You will find all bookable treatments on the homepage under the "Relax" tab.

  • Where can I buy the cosmetic products?

    The cosmetic products, which are also on display in the showcases, are available in the Wellness Pearl.

  • Is there room service?

    Our hotel brochure is in your room. Our lunch menu for room service is shown on the back.

  • How to turn on the saunas in the apartment houses?

    The saunas can be set up by the reception staff on request. Please call us about this.

  • Can I reserve a newspaper for each day?

    Let reception know which newspaper you would like.

  • How do I reach the reception and the restaurant?

    You can reach the reception at 9 and the restaurant at 192.

  • How do I get to the swimming pool?

    The elevator at the reception takes you to the 3rd floor. There is the entire wellness area with swimming pool, saunas, fitness area, oasis of calm and the wellness pearl where you can book treatments.

  • Where is the WiFi password?

    The WiFi password is either on the TV or on the desk (if there is one in your room). You select your room number and then enter the password without quotation marks. If this does not work, please contact the reception.

  • Can I order a bouquet of flowers from you?

    Please let us know in good time at reception. We order the bouquet and deliver it to where you want it after delivery.

  • I think I forgot something at the hotel. Can you help me ?

    Please use the form below to inquire about lost property. The request will be forwarded to housekeeping and as soon as we receive feedback we will notify you.

Room Amenities

  • How are the rooms, suites and apartments furnished?

    Our rooms, suites and apartments are equipped with TVs, free WiFi and Sky.

  • Do the rooms have air conditioning?

    There is no air conditioning in any of our categories.

  • Do I have WiFi reception in my room?

    There is a router in each room and the password to connect with.

  • What kind of beds are in the rooms?

    We have electrically adjustable single and double beds in the rooms and suites, which cannot be pulled apart. The individual mattresses have a size of 90x200cm.

  • Are there laundry and ironing facilities?

    You are welcome to leave your laundry for washing and ironing in the laundry bags provided.

  • Are there connecting rooms?

    No, but we have spacious suites in the Admirals wing, apartments in the Seeschlößchen and Landhaus Stutzi and of course our "Queen Mary", which is perfect for a family.
